The intro is played on a six string acoustic (Note the tuning), 
following that, a twelve string comes in, followed by some electric 
guitars and then back to the acoustics. To make things a little 
easier, the tab below is arranged for one guitar.

Repeat the little strumming section above and then play the whole

to her heart" line there is an ascending strummed part which goes

The whole thing (the main part, strumming part and ascending strummed 
part)is repeated again (twice) before the drums and the electric guitars enter
On the album I think there are two electrics, one with a clean tone, 
ant the other with a dirty tone, and they seem to double track each 
other- which makes it hard when trying to transcribe it. What I've 
done is arrange it for one distorted electric.

When the vocals enter, the tune changes slightly and the guitar seems 
to play the same tune as the vocals.
